Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Display Cabinet

1900 - 1920
Description

Very elegant & good quality antique Edwardian display cabinet on square tapered legs with spade end feet. This cabinet is in excellent condition & has been relined inside quite recently. It's mahogany with lots of satinwood inlays & the surface has a lovely original patina. There is a back inlaid gallery on the polished top, the sides are bowed glass & there is astral-glazing to the door. This is one of the nicest Edwardian samples of this kind of cabinet that I have had. Some of them can be a bit light weight in construction, but this one is very well made.

Depth - 14", 36 cm

Height - 68.5", 174 cm
