Antique Set Six Victorian Oak Dining Chairs C1880

Description

Antique Set Six Victorian Oak Dining Chairs and dating from aorund 1880. Constructed from solid oak they have a shaped and carved top rail above an upholstered backrest with turned spindle suports and flanked on either side by turned bobbin supports and above a deep stuff over seat standing on Bobbin turned and Block legs joined by turned stretchers. They have been recovered in a quality fleur de lise fabric totally in keeping with the style and period of the chairs.

Each chair measures: 36" high x seat height 17" x 19" deep x 18" wide

in very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality oak and oozing all the charm and character of the period.
