Antique Victorian Mahogany Leather Top Pedestal Desk

Description

Antique Victorian mahogany pedestal desk with an inverted front & a tooled leather top. It's very good quality & comes apart into three sections for easy transportation. The back is also polished, so it looks good from all angles. There are casters under the plinth bases & all the drawers have turned mahogany handles, plus locks. This desk is very well constructed with fine dovetails & mahogany drawer bottoms. It's in excellent condition & I would say it dates from around the 1860-80's period.

Depth - 24.5", 62 cm

Height - 30.5", 78 cm

Knee hole height - 24", 61 cm
