Pretty French Ormolu Timepiece

Description

A charming and very pretty mid-19th century French ORMOLU MANTLE CLOCK in full working order. The case is particularly attractive with its well-cast scrolls and leaves and bunch-of-flowers pediment, whilst it stands upon its four integral scrolled feet.

The 8-day movement has silk suspension and a beautifully gilded and engine-turned dial with original Breguet 'moon' hands. Guaranteed for at least two years. Maximum 10 ins (25.4 cms) high.
