Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1860s.
The glass in the top doors looks original & you can just make out the small bubbles in the glass. Inside are three adjustable shelves on sharks teeth supports. The drawers have fine dovetails & solid mahogany bottoms. The bottom cupboard doors have mahogany fielded panels, with a single removable shelf inside & in all sits on a plinth base. Like I said, this bookcase is totally original & I would date it to around the 1860 period.
