Vintage 19th Century French Hat Block Stand, shop display

Vintage French Hat form milliners wooden hat block came from a milliners’ shop in Paris, it has the name RIVE- MARCH DE FRANCE and the number 243 stamped underneath, the block is made in beech with a turned stand

The stand is in good condition with a good patina it has many pin holes which show just how much it has been used

The hat stand is 12” high, 9” long and 6.5” wide
