Description

Dating to around 1910/1920, this carved chess set is a good size and each piece weighted for a good solid feel, the undersides with green felt or baize covering.

The set is complete and comes with it's dark wooden storage box with sliding lid, which has been professionally re-polished.

The king measures 3 1/8" tall and the box, 8" x 5" x 3" tall. Excellent condition.
