This is an exceptional four glass clock made by the highly respected clockmaker Richard and Co.

The open Brocot escapement movement is of the highest quality, it is completely original with a mercury pendulum and is temperature compensated, it runs for a full eight days. It still retains its original curved bevelled edge glass panels which are in excellent condition with no chips or scratches .

This is an extremely rare clock with it being larger than most four glass clocks and because it is completely original.
The movement is in excellent clean and running condition having just undergone a complete and comprehensive overhaul by Alan Williams of Plymouth Clocks who is a fellow of the British Horological Institute so you can be assured that this clock will give trouble free service for many many years before requiring any further attention.

A beautiful high quality victorian clock in wonderful condition which will give great pleasure for many years to come.
This clock has obviously been highly prized and looked after over the last 130 years and is a credit to its previous owners.

The clock movement comes with a full 12 month warranty.
