Description

A quite magnificent piece of highly collectible WMF, about as stylish as they get with opulent foliate covered handles, a foliate garland leading to repousse floral motifs and a beaded edge outlining the elegant rim.

A miracle that this magnificent glass liner has remained intact and undamaged with an exquisitely cut rim.

The underside of one of the feet is where the mark for WMF can be found, dating to the early twentieth century, around 1910.

A superb piece in excellent condition, very minor wear of plate on high spots .. any "gold" colouring is from the overhead lighting.

Spanning 15 1/2" handle to handle x 5 3/4" deep x 7" tall to top of handle.
