Set of 6 Regency Stained Beech Kitchen Dining Chairs

Description

A rare to find set of 6 Regency Stained Beech Kitchen Dining Chairs, circa 1830, the Trafalgar type backrails over shaped and turned crossrails and cane seats, the turned legs joined by bobbin turned stretchers. The chairs have original patination and the front base stretchers have amazing wear. They have been re-caned at some point in the past and all the seats are in good, strong, condition. The chair at the centre back has a matched bottom crossrail which has obviously been replaced some time ago.
