Early Victorian Westminster Chiming Walnut Bracket Clock

Description

Fine early victorian walnut cased with quality german 8 day movement bracket clock with gilt spandrels, side figures, embelishments & attractive peiced side panels.

In good working order. Striking the quarters and hour with westminster chimes and the hour on the hour.

Insribed on the back plate "patented in all countries", "made in wartenberg" & "1391".

Also scratched into the backplate is the date 1864 - presumably when it was serviced.
