A really fabulous and most unusual large English cast brass inkwell in the form of an Eagle's head. Beautiful quality and beautifully executed, this handsome piece still retains it's two wonderful original glass eyes,

The hinged lid opens to reveal a removable ceramic ink chamber, for easy refilling and cleaning.

An impressive large desk-top find in superb condition. The base diameter measures 4 1/2" and stands 4 1/4" tall.
