Description

A stunning and highly decorative napkin ring, made from English sterling silver with a delightful pierced or reticulated foliate decoration, further enhanced with with engraving.

The front has a handsome shield-shaped cartouche, the hallmark can be found on the back of this shield, with the full English hallmark for Birmingham 1895, making this a true Victorian example. The makers marks R.Bs is also present for the Rolason Brothers.

A good gauge silver and a good weight: 32.9 Grams / 1.06 Troy Ounces, 1 5/8" in diameter x 1 1/8" thick.
