A fine pair of French Louis XVI styled upholstered armchairs dating from c1860.

Recently upholstered with a classic empire influenced quality textile this pairing offer tremendous presence.

Wonderfully proportioned with fluted legs, bead-carved detail, foliate relief carving and regal top rail - and finished with painted and gilt frame.
