A George III Period Oak Lancashire Dower Chest

Description

A George III Period oak lancashire dower chest. The solid rectangular oak top lifts to reveal ample storage space. The front having five fielded panels which are cross banded in mahogany, above three oak lined drawers each with the original brass swan neck handles. With quarter reeded Corinthian columns and raised on shaped bracket feet circa 1790

Condition: This chest is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed

Dimensions: 60" wide x 21.5" deep x 34" high
