English mahogany Westminster Whittington chime bracket clock by Elliott.
~~ Excellent condition throughout ~~

This is was Elliotts top of the range model with full Westminster and Whittington chimes, with chime silence and nightime silence control. It also has its original setting up instructions on the back of the case.

The mahogany case has a wonderful rich colour and patina and the grain really does shine through, this is complimented by the original bronzed dial with a contrasting silver chapter ring. There are figures to each corner of the dial and a central floral motif. The round Latin inscription translates to Time Flies.

Very much in the Georgian style and design and made around 1960.
