Description

A charming little quality pocket compass signed by the famous maker, "F. Barker & Son, Makers, London".

The compass is of the floating card dial type with a gemstone pivot & probably dates to around 1880.

It comes in it's original brass case with an interesting label on the interior of the lid with instructions on how to make it luminous at night.

Excellent original condition, measuring 1 1/2" in diameter.
