Superb Art Nouveau Victorian Green Glass and Cast Iron Oil Lamp C1890

Description

Fully and professionally restored.

This is a wonderful opportunity to own a genuine Victorian solid brass oil lamp dating to around 1890.

It has a wonderful green glass reservoir and a white glass shade.

The lamp really stands out because of the fabulous solid black cast iron base with Art Nouveau decoration which compliments the shade beautifully.

It has been fully and professionally restored yet retaining the patina you would expect from a lamp of this age.

The shade and chimney are in perfect condition with no chips or cracks and it is extremely heavy.

It measures 21" maximum height and the base is 6.0" square.

The burner is marked DUPLEX MADE IN ENGLAND
