Description

A wonderful English hat stand, undoubtedly used for display within a shop, I have tried to identify the shop but haven't found anything as yet. The top is signed, embossed " Goodwin's, 79 Wood Street, London E.C. ".

The cast brass base is decorated with a slight Art Nouveau flair, dating to around 1900.

Professionally re-polished to gleam with a base diameter measuring 4 3/4" and standing 13" tall.
