The underside of all pieces have lovely sets of marks for the silversmith, George Richmond Collis of Birmingham, this set made at the Church Street location, dating this set to between 1848-1868.
Excellent condition with lavish gilding on the inside of the sugar and creamer. The set benefits from having a very grand Armorial Crest of a crowned Lion.

The teapot measuring 10 1/2" spout to handle. 6 1/4" across the widest part of the pot and 6" tall to top of finial. The creamer measures 5 1/2" from spout to handle, 4 1/2" cross the widest point of the creamer and 4 3/4" tall to top of handle.
