Masons Antiques has dated this piece to the 1890s.
It retains it's original french-polished finish and has a wonderfully rich, warm patina.

The enamelled dial is free from any chips, cracks or crazing. It has black Roman numerals and subsiduary seconds dial. It is clearly marked with the Gustav Becker logo, as is the back of the movement.

The brass weights and pendulum are in pristine condition.
The 8 day movement strikes on the half-hour and the hour and has just been fully serviced by our BHI registered staff.
