An Italian Chandelier

Description

A pretty five light, bag style clear glass Italian chandelier with some unusual rectangle glass work creating a step, or waterfall, effect. The lower band of glass squares holds the rows of glass drops forming a 'bag' shape underneath.

The approximate date of the chandelier is 1910-1940.

It has been rewired for the UK market.

It measures 70cm in length and at the widest part it is approximately 48cm.

In the two main photos the camera seems to have picked up some yellow from the surrounding walls, but the third and fourth photos show the clear glass as it really is.
