Lancaster Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
It is 24" (61cm) from the base to the top of the shade.
The Cherub itself is 13" (33cm) and the base is 6cm high and 18 across. The shade is 7" (18cm) from fitting to the top.
The cherub is black in colour - darker than the photos.

The Torchere shade is an old one, with a small bit of damage on the rim that was repaired many years ago, it cannot be seen unless removed from the fitting.
The lamp has been rewired with silk flex and an online switch for the UK market.
