Set of 6 Dining Chairs 18thc

Description

A wonderful set of 6 18th C mahogany dining chairs from the Chippendale period. These chairs have lovely splats with a maltese cross carved in the centre of the top rail (see detail). They are all good, sound chairs of a robust design with H strechers supporting the sqaure tapering legs. The drop in seats have been re-upholsterted. In excelllent condition, these chairs are a lovely rich colour and have the original wax patina.
