Description

19th century Continental silver box with English import marks; this good size arc-ended box is of oblong form with terrific scenes embossed to the lid, sides and underside. This box has everything of the period depicted on it; tavern scenes, hunting scenes, canal scenes and cavorting naked couples! Good well made box, and a real pleasure to own.
