Description

This fabulous solid silver canister designed by the sought after maker William Comyns is quite unique. Of simple cylindrical form it has the word "Chocolate" engraved on the body. It is very simple and supremely elegant.

Rich gilt interior.

Pull- off cover.

Heavy silver gauge and wonderful quality.

Hallmarks:

Full hallmarks on main body and lid.

WC for William Comyns.

Lion Passant.

London Assay Mark.

Date letter "f" for 1901.
