The watch is the Tudor model with the 15 jewels manual wind movement, as you can see it is in fabulous sparkling like new condition.
It has its original dial with the sub seconds dial which is in superb comndition and its original luminous hands.
A new glass has been fitted and as you can see the case is in superb almost unmarked condition.
The case is fully hallmarked for Edinburgh 1958
As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, case and movement. It comes with a brand new premium quality black leather strap but a chestnut brown or extra long can be fitted if preferred. It also comes with a new wooden presentation box.
It is extremely rare to find a Rolex Tudor from this year in such superb original condition.
The watch case measures 33mm in diameter not including the crown.
Overall this watch is in outstanding condition and highly sought after by Rolex collectors indeed it looks as if it was rarely worn.
The watch has been fully serviced by the vintage watch specialist Alan Williams FBHI and is guaranteed to be a genuine Rolex Tudor in all respects.
It has been professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.
It is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers parts. Each part is then thoroughly cleaned in a three stage ultrasonic cleaning process.
The movement is then fully assembled using manufactureres approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and sealed.
Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give you reliable and dependable service and will not require further service for many years.
The watch movement comes with a full 1 year warranty.
