A high quality French tortoishell boulle mantel clock. Ormolu case mounts to the very well detailed brass inlays. A fully decorated interior with flooring. A cast bronze gilt dial with individual enamel numeral cartouches. An 8-day duration mechanism signed by noted makers Leroy striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell. Circa 1870.
