A Victorian Torchere Chandelier

1900 - 1920
Description

An unusual Victorian brass chandelier with a central torchere light and three 'flower' lights at the side.

It is beautifully ornate and detailed with ribbons and flowers, and 'ropes' holding the arms of the lights.

Lovely craftsmanship, and an excellent quality item.

THE SHADES ARE ALL ORIGINAL- there are three deep pink/dark orange flower/petal shades and a clear glass etched shade in the middle.

It is possible to use modern copies of the flower shades in opaque glass if the buyer doesn't like the original coloured ones.

It measures approximately 31" (79cm) in length and 21" (53cm) at the widest point across the shades and has been rewired to UK specifications.
