A Superb Quality Mahogany Victorian Pedestal Desk

Description

A superb quality mahogany Victorian pedestal desk. Having a rectangular mahogany top with a green inset leather writing surface with blind and gilt tooled detail. The beautifully figured mahogany drawers each retaining their original carved ebony knobs and being mahogany lined throughout, raised on a mahogany veneered plinth base with concealed castor's. The attention to detail of this desk is stunning, all the original locks are stamped VR (Victorian Regina) circa 1870-1880

Dimensions: 27" deep x 30" high x 19" wide (knee hole 24" high x 18" wide)

Condition: This desk is in stunning original condition, cleaned and waxed. A wonderful colour and patination
