The chronometer grade calibre 18.95 17 jewel movement is beautifully made, totally reliable and as you can see it's in fabulous like new condition.
The dial with the sub seconds dial is in original condition with only slight signs of age as you would expect of a pocket watch of this era. The case has been professionally polished and there are no inscriptions to the back.
As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case.
It comes complete with its original retail box.
Longines are one of the most exclusive watchmakers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance that whispers class.
The watch measures 44mm in diameter not including the crown.
The serial number dates this watch to 1928.
The watch has been fully serived and is guarantted to be a genuine Longines in all respects.
It has been professionally serviced and overhauled the process is highly detailed and meticulous.
It is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers parts. Each part is then thoroughly cleaned in a three stage ultrasonic cleaning process.
The movement is then fully assembled using manufactureres approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and sealed.
Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give you reliable and dependable service and will not require further service for many years.
The watch movement comes with a full 1 year warranty.
