Walnut Card Table

19th century
Description

An exceptional quality Victorian figured Walnut serpentine free standing fold over Card Table with Tulip wood cross banding to the cabriole legs and Table top. The Table top also has a cross banded moulding of Goncalo Alves wood. The legs of the Table are also finished with fine quality bronze gilt mounts. Inside the Table it still retains its original maroon tooled and gilt leather.

In the manner of Gillows of Lancaster

Height - 30 inches

Width - 35 inches

Depth - 18 ½ inches
