Regency Writing Desk - Blonde Mahogany - c1830
Rising from classic turned and tapered reeded legs, complete with original white china brass cap castors, the desk stands solidly and offers an abundance of style and practicality.
With a five drawer design and moulded top the proportions of the piece are pleasing. The craftsmanship is excellent throughout.
The bleached mahogany finish is deep in colour and provides good patina.
Overall this piece of furniture is in very good condition.
It is rare to find an example in this finish and the piece will look fabulous in any location.
