Lath Back Windsor Chair - Elm - c1860

This Elm seated Windsor chair is a classic shape and is presented in good antique condition. The limed wax finish gives lightness of colour and depth to the grain.

The chair offers great comfort and will make a perfect reading, relaxing, kitchen or fireside piece.

There is a very pleasing sweep to the arms and side supports.

The chair rides upon robust turned legs which are united by a double 'H' stretcher for maximum robustness and durability.
