Oriental Cabinet - Cypress Wood - c1870
This versatile and interesting cabinet is presented in excellent antique condition.
The ebonised interior space affords useful space for storage and display.
Standing over straight section legs the piece rises into a lower cabinet complete with sliding doors. This lower section has a central shelf.
A central bank of three drawers separate the upper and lower cabinet and provide additional practicality. These benefit from original handles charmingly styled in a butterfly shape backplate and detailed with a drop pull.
At the upper cabinet twin pairs of doors open to reveal a single full width shelf set within a clean interior.
Overall this is a really super item of furniture that is in very good order throughout.
