Antique Victorian Marble Top Duchesse Washstand (Matching Dressing Table Avail)

Antique Victorian Marble & Mahogany Washstand and dating from around 1860. Constructed form quality mahogany it has a Carreras Marble top with shaped splash back and small shelf to the centre with a moulded edge to the serpentine shaped top above a deep mahogany skirt with drawer to the centre which is mahogany lined and with small turned knob handles. It stands on lovely turned baluster legs joined by a shaped pot board on tiny bun feet.

The Washstand Measures: 37" high to back x 29" high to table top x 21" deep x 48" wide

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality mahogany and the marble is also in very good condition and oozes all the charm and character of the period.
