Antique Victorian Mahogany Duchesse Dressing Table (Matching Washstand Avail)

Stunning Antique Victorian Mahogany Duchess Table and dating from around 1860. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a shaped mirror within a reeded frame and carved pedament to the top with lovely carved and scrolled supports. To each side there is a set of three jewellery drawers all of which are mahogany lined and with small turned knob handles and are joined by a serpentine shaped secret compartment. There table top is moulded to the serpentine shaped edge above a deep skirt with drawer to the centre which is mahogany lined and with turned knob handles. It stands on lovely turned baluster legs joined by a shaped pot board on tiny bun feet.

The top removes for ease of transporting.

The dressing table measures: 68" high to top of mirror x 29" high to table top x 20" deep x 48" wide
