An extremely good quality tan leather upholstered 1920’s walnut ball and claw wing backed couch.

This couch stands on three walnut ball and claw carved cabriole legs with carved shell motifs and rams head to the front and two walnut cabriole outswept legs to the rear.

The beauty of this leather couch is in two parts, firstly the legs are one of the best models of its type and secondly the shape of its back with the arms scrolling towards the rear wings, along with being upholstered in tan leather and brass stud work which give this piece a real eye catching appeal that stands out.

The couch has been restored by the use of traditional upholstery methods and French polishing which will happily grace any home making a real statement.

We have a reputation for being long established antique dealers in London having had showrooms concurrently running in Islington, Chelsea and Ascot. We have relocated our new showroom, due to London overheads, easily reached between A1 or A10 to just outside of Hertford, Hertfordshire.
