Black Slate Mantel Clock

Description

A good quality Victorian Black Slate Mantel Clock with grey and white marble to the front edges and gilt decoration. The Clock has a white enamel dial and visual anchor escapement. The French eight day movement strikes the hours and half hours on a bell. The movement is stamped on the backplate:-

' A.D MOUGIN '

Serial number 53364

Height - 13 ½ inches

Width - 11 inches

Depth - 6 inches

The Clock movement has been cleaned and fully serviced.
