Description

Often seen in brass, but rarely in sterling silver. This charming desk-top pen nib wipe is modelled in the form of a pig and filled with natural bristle to wipe off the excess ink from a dip pen.

The silver is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham 1905, together with the makers initials for the well renowned silversmith, Adie and Lovekin.

Excellent condition, measuring 2 5/8" in length x 1 3/4" high.
