Miniature Antique English Inlaid Mahogany Longcase Clock C.1890

Description

A wonderful and pretty miniature Longcase clock, perfect for a mantle, desk-top or bookshelf, made from solid Mahogany.

The front is beautifully inlaid with marquetry work, fans, swags and garlands, all framed with fine beading.

The white enamel face with black Roman numerals is nice and clean and clear, a delightful example.

There is a little door to the back revealing the clock, complete with key, and all in working condition.

A superb late Victorian gem, in excellent condition, with a footprint measuring 5 1/2" x 3 3/8" and stands 14 1/2" tall.
