A Stunning Shapland & Petter Mahogany Music Cabinet

1900 - 1920
Description

A stunning Shapland & Petter mahogany inlaid music cabinet. Having a galleried back with marquetry inlaid panels above twin doors with exquisite marquetry and mother of pearl inlaid panels and copper strap work hinges. Having seven mahogany shelves inside originally to house sheet music each with an ivorine plaque to label the music. Supported on a typical Shapland and Petter base with a pierced tulip gallery and under shelf circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 22" wide x 14" deep x 47" high

Condition: This cabinet is in excellent original condition, fully cleaned and waxed. One blemish to the top (See pictures)
