Description

Dating to the late Victorian era, around 1890, this highly decorative pair of butter knives would be perfect for serving Pate or soft cheeses.

The blades are beautifully engraved to the front, signed W Bros. The handles are made from carved Mother of Pearl with a glossy patina showcasing it's iridescent qualities.

They sit in their original velvet and silk lined presentation box.

Perfect condition, each knife measuring 6 1/4" long; the box measuring 8 x 2 1/2".
