Bureau Desk - English Oak - 17th Century

This lift top triple drawers desk is presented in English Oak and is in superb antique condition.

The sloped writing flap opens and falls back to reveal a fitted interior with six drawers and cubbies to the sides.

Above the knees there resides a useful full width, full depth drawer. Below this twin deep drawers flank to form the knee-hole.

The piece benefits from elegant lightly tapered legs and attractive brass work. It has very robust construction and is solid throughout.

Overall wonderful piece of 17th century English furniture which could be used on a daily basis if desired.
