Fine Oval Mahogany Table - Cross-banded - c1820
This Regency period breakfast table is a lovely example. It is presented in super condition.
The table tilts with the simple pull of the under-handle and when in the storage position reveals the markings of Thomas Bowles 1601.

The top displays excellent colour with opposing walnut cross-banding with ebony stringing to the perimeter delivering a very appealing result. The whole piece has good patina.
The piece will serve well as a display or centre table or as a 4/6 seater dining table.

Overall this piece of furniture is in superb antique order and will make a beautiful addition to any home.
