Outstanding Omega solid 9ct gold gents wristwatch c1947-48.

The watch is the very popular calibre 28 17 jewels movement, as you can see it is in fabulous condition.
The ivory coloured dial is completely original and in superb unmarked condition and it has the sub second dial. The hands are also original and just shows some signs of ageing as you would expect from a watch over 60 years old. A new glass has been fitted and the case has been professionally polished so it is in superb condition.

As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case and it has a solid 9ct gold crown with the Omega logo on it which is quite rare.
The case is hallmarked and dates this watch to 1947-48.

It comes complete with a new premium quality chestnut brown leather strap and a new mahogany presentation box to keep your watch in perfect condition. If you prefer a black leather or extra long strap this can be fitted.

Omega are one of the most exclusive watchmakers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance that whispers class.
The watch case measures 32mm in diameter not including the crown.
Overall this watch is in outstanding original condition and highly sought after by Omega collectors indeed it looks as if it was rarely worn.
The watch has just been fully and professionally overhauled and serviced.
The watch movement comes with a full 1 year warranty.
