Antique Victorian Collectors Cabinet

Description

A good, late victorian, ten drawer butterfly collectors cabinet in stained and polished deal.

This cabinet would have been supplied by messrs gardner of oxford street, london circa 1880 and is a very practical and attractive collectors cabinet in good condition.

The drawers have been side lined with new white cartridge paper and base lined with plastazote so it is ready for use. It will lend itself to a multitude of collecting pursuits or as a curio cabinet for all manner of mementos. All the drawers have well fitted lift off glazed frames and a hidden cell to the inside front.

Height. 27.5 inches.

Width. 19.5 inches.

Front to back. 11.5 inches.

Drawers.

Width. 16.75 inches.

Front to back. 10.25 inches.

Overall depth. 2 inches. (imperial pin depth).
