London Fine Antiques has dated this piece to the 1800s.
The table has compact proportions and is therefore suitable for use as a hallway or console table, or will suit equally well as a lamp table. It is perfect for cards or intimate dining.

Elegantly tapered and turned legs support a piece with fine deep colour. To the rear there is one 'flying' leg which swings to support the lift over top. The table is solid in use, has excellent hinging, and displays lovely patina.

A useful drawer to one end adds to the versatility of the piece.
Overall this piece of furniture offers great scope and is pleasing in size, yet still retains good height for the purposes of seating. It is just approaching 200 years old and looking good for another couple of centuries.
