Description

A large French brass and green onyx four glass clock. Choice onyx to the base and top. Bevelled glass panels. A mercury compensating pendulum. An enamel dial with visible escapement. An 8-day duration mechanism by Marti striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell. Circa 1890.
