Pair of Late 18th C Delft Tobacco Jars

Description

A fantastic pair of late 18th C Delft tobacco jars, the ovoid shaped jars with ''Tabac Hollande' and 'Tabac Paris' within a central cartouche, with an outer surround of blue decoration of flowers joined together with swags of further foliage/flowers.

Slight hairline to the collar and shoulder of the 'Tabac Hollande' and slight frittering to the upper edge (as expected with this age of Delft), otherwise, in good condition and lovely to have a pair! Good early things that are also very decorative!

H: 9 1/4"
